2. Booking Process

Villa Mar offers a single property for booking. All information regarding the property, including descriptions, amenities, and availability, is provided on our website. We strive to ensure that the information is accurate and up-to-date.

2.1. Booking Confirmation

Bookings are confirmed only after full payment has been received. You will receive a confirmation email with booking details once your payment is processed.

2.2. Payment

Payments are processed through Stripe, PayPal, or bank wire transfer. By making a booking, you agree to provide accurate and complete payment information and authorize us to charge the total booking amount.

2.3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than [10] days before the check-in date will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made between [1] and [9] days before the check-in date will receive a [50]% refund.
• Cancellations made less than [1] days before the check-in date will not be refunded.

3. Guest Responsibilities

3.1. Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-in time is 3:00 PM.
• Check-out time is 11:00 AM. to 10:00 AM.
• Early check-in or late check-out requests must be made via email. Approval is not guaranteed and is subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.

3.2. Use of Property

• Guests must comply with all house rules provided at the property.
• The property must be used for lawful purposes only.
• Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property during their stay.

4. Privacy Policy
